The narrow last minute win by our Fiji 7s boys in their first Madrid 7s Pool game against New Zealand has brought a big sigh of relief to all die hard Fiji 7s fans.
King of Sevens Jerry Tuwai made that last move which resulted in the equalising try and the last kick from the side by Teba just brought
smiles on all Fiji fans and supporters.
The Fijian Drua’s win at home against the Melbourne Rebels will surely give Kolinisau and our Fiji 7s team a booster to also win the Madrid 7s, by first winning the next pool games against Ireland and South Africa.
Fijians are looking forward to our first 7s tournament win and winning the Madrid 7s will be an excellent warm up to our boys securing a historic Fiji’s third Olympics 7s Gold medal victory.
