While Fiji is focused on snakes and polar bears, Srikanth Bolla is teaching us some real-life lessons at Damodar Cinemas.
I highly recommend to those who can afford the time and money and/ or understand Hindi and read English subtitles, to go sit at a showing of the movie Srikanth and learn what a man who was born blind can achieve for his country from a genuine need as a human being.
Just think about it for a moment.
This man, not having a vision of the world, yet having a vision of the future!
This man, using his God given mind to think his way through life with such clarity and honesty, and how this man, not knowing how to run from trouble because every direction was the same to him, stood and fought and set the example for others like him!
Srikanth paved the way for everyone like him who desired to be treated equally and not be judged by their physical disability without being given a chance to prove themselves.
Oh, what one visionary, with a heartfelt dream can do for a nation who can’t see any better!
We need more Srikanth and we need more people like those who supported his ideals!
