As a conscientious member of the Samabula community, I urge the Ministry of Heath to scrutinise the service efficiency of the Samabula Health Centre.
I believe it is crucial to address these issues for the well-being of the community members.
The current state of the Samabula Health Centre is troubling. Patients often encounter long waiting times.
Often at times, seven to 10 people wait for hours to be even called by the only nurse at duty.
By the time, a patient is seen by a doctor, several hours would have passed.
It is disheartening to witness vulnerable populations, experiencing unnecessary delays and frustration in accessing the healthcare they urgently require.
To rectify this issue and ensure an improved healthcare experience for all, I strongly believe that the local health centre needs to undergo a comprehensive evaluation of its operational processes.
This evaluation should include an assessment of staffing levels, and the overall flow of patients within the facility.
I encourage community members to voice their experiences and concerns, as collective action is essential for driving positive change.
By bringing attention to this matter, we can create a sense of urgency.
Thank you for considering my perspective on this critical issue.
I trust that by working together, we can achieve a healthcare system that meets the needs of our community and ensures the well-being of all its members.
