Let’s prevent HIV and AIDS by learning to say “NO” firstly to yourself, persuaders and abusive perpetrators.

Sex with partners has to be willing, planned and safe.

Relationships are formed from early years of life from friendship, infatuations, attractions leading to physical.

One’s acceptance and input into relations plays a vital role on the above-mentioned issue.

Learning to curb one’s sexual arousals is an ingredient need to fight this war.

Getting carried away with uncontrolled emotions and performing acts with effects harmful and uncontrollable is a societal problem.

One must avoid practicing unsafe or forced sex, sharing partners or piercing instruments such as needles and cigarette butts to name a few.

The advancements of rapists must be brought to a halt with harsher penalties because HIV and the effects of rape work as a pollutant and leave a stain that cannot be washed away.

So let not your emotions drain your brain and harmful acts and sexual misconduct from one must refrain!

Abide by this law – “Simply learn to say NO”!
